Transactional and Nonprofits Clinic to open at Drake Law fall 2013
Des Moines attorney Chip Lowe has recently been hired to lead a Transactional and Nonprofits Clinic for Drake Law School. Students enrolled in this clinic will provide comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs intending to start or already operating a for-profit or non-profit organization.

Drake Law School benefactor Dwight Opperman dies at 89
Dwight Opperman, LW’51, the single largest benefactor in Drake University’s history, died on Thursday, June 13 after battling liver cancer for five months. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 22 at Forest Lawn in Glendale, Calif.
