Drake 3L Sasha Mayo spent her last summer of law school interning at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in downtown Brooklyn, NY. Her assignment was in the Domestic Violence Bureau working with the Misdemeanor Assistant District Attorney and the Felony Assistant District Attorney.

Kende, Foxhoven participate in Constitution Day activities
Professors Mark Kende and Jerry Foxhoven each served as a panelist for Constitution Day activities. Kende participated at Iowa State as a panelist for "Genes, Race, Free Speech, Same-Sex Marriage and the U.S. Supreme Court." Foxhoven was a panelist for a webinar sponsored by the Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) and the Iowa Department of Education. The webinar was titled, "The Constitution – The Words We Live By."
Richard H. Pildes to present 2013 Constitution Day Lecture

Pildes, Sudler Family Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law, will deliver a lecture on “The Fundamental Transformation in the Law and Practice of Modern Warfare” at 3 p.m. in the Sussman Theater of the Olmsted Center at Drake University.
