SJMC aces assessment

Drake University's School of Journalism and Mass Communication received plenty of praise from the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications (ACEJMC), which recently voted unanimously to reaccredit the school's undergraduate program.

RAGBRAI kicks off the first annual College Spirit Day on Friday, July 29, during the Grinnell to Coralville ride, and Drake University is proudly taking part. Drake has teamed up with RAGBRAI and other Iowa institutions for a celebration of school spirit.

Jon DeGrave competed at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, earning honorable mention All-American honors. He was the first Drake men's track and field athlete to qualify for the championships since 2000.
