Who should moderate the debates? A millennial.

Traditionally, presidential debate moderators have been white men over 40.  In this op-ed in The Washington Post, the editors of FUSION argue that moderates ought to be young millennials who represent diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Drake’s student body president, Thalia Anguiano, elevated an important national conversation when she asked Hillary Clinton during a debate on Drake’s campus, “What does white privilege mean to you?”
