ProcessMaker Outage

At 8 a.m., ITS became aware of an outage with ProcessMaker, Drake’s business process automation platform. As a result, any automated workflows fired from Banner, Banner and Finance Security Requests, and ESF requests cannot be submitted or acted on. ITS is diligently working with ProcessMaker towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
