At 1:00 p.m., ITS became aware of an issue with ProcessMaker. As a result of this issue, users are unable to manually start new requests. This affects processes like Banner Security, Athletics Financial Aid Agreement, Vendor Information Update, and Community Service Leave Requests. This issue does not affect automatically generated processes like Preferred Name Changes or trigger based notifications. ITS is working with the vendor to fix this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
