The Drake chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) has won a national Teahan Award for excellence. The Drake chapter was recognized for its strong relationship with the local professional community. It has been recognized as a PRSSA “star chapter” for eight years in a row. The Drake public relations program was recently reaccredited by the Certification in Education for Public Relations, one of only 40 in the world so certified. It will be recognized during a virtual global event on Nov. 3.
