Drake University uses new program to improve experience of minority students

Drake University launched a new program this year designed to help incoming first-year students of color acclimate to life at the university. The program, called Flight, explores the diversity of student experiences on Drake’s campus, with an emphasis on the experiences of students of color and on issues related to racial identity. ABC-5 “We Are Iowa” News has this story.
