Drake University Law School is hosting the 2016 Real Estate Transactions CLE on Friday, March 4 at the Neal and Bea Smith Law Center (2400 University Avenue).
The event is part of Drake University’s Continuing Legal Education programs.
Topics to be covered during the event include case law and legislative updates, residential settlement practices, property tax updates, ListServe issues, eminent domain, manufactured housing issues in real estate transactions, and title guaranty updates.
The Real Estate Transactions CLE is approved for 6.0 State hours. The Activity ID Number is 207378.
Early bird registration, which ends Friday, Feb. 26, is $215 per person. After Feb. 26, registration is $265 per person.
