Third-year law student Andy Duffelmeyer appeared on NBC’s Meet the Press Sunday, Sept. 14. A portion of the show was dedicated to a roundtable discussion about national politics.
Along with finishing his requirements for a J.D., Duffelmeyer is currently serving as the Drake Law School Sustainability Fellow, a joint program with the Greater Des Moines Partnership, and has an extensive interest in sustainability issues, including storm water management, urban sprawl, energy efficiency and waste reduction.

Duffelmeyer hopes to work in government and public policy following law school, but also has an interest in civil liberties, criminal defense, and academia. In the Des Moines area, Meet the Press airs at 10 a.m. on WHO-TV.
