The Drake University School of Education offers a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance. This highly customizable, part-time program is designed for emerging and experienced leaders in business, nonprofit organizations, education and other fields.
The degree offers emphases in:
– Leadership
– Training and Development
– Human Resource Management
– Higher Education (student services)
The starter class for this program, Living, Learning, and Leading in the 21st Century, is a one-credit course and provides an excellent introduction to the ALOP program. This course can be taken prior to admission to the program and registration is currently being accepted for fall term.
