Add your signature to over 35,000 names on the Right to Literacy Scroll.

The Right to Literacy Scroll will be in Des Moines April 9-14. During the past three years, the Scroll has been in over 30 states and has over 35,000 signatures. This grassroots literacy campaign is the first since the civil rights movement, when thousands learned to write their names to be eligible to vote. The Scroll’s purpose is to raise awareness about the need for every child and adult to learn to read, and the need for the community to join forces to address this need. Opportunities for adding your signature to the Right to Literacy Scroll are identified below.
