More than a quarter of Business Record’s 2012 “Forty under 40” class have Drake ties

The Des Moines Business Record recently recognized 10 Drake alumni and a current Drake Law student as part of the 2012 class of “Forty under 40” honorees. The group is made up of 40 local business leaders under the age of 40 who have demonstrated impressive career achievements and unparalleled community involvement.

Drake alumni honored in 2012 are:

*    Jamie Schug, GR’02

*    Kristina Stanger, LW’05

*    Melissa Stover, LW’97

Current Drake Law student Erin Schneider also received the honor.

“I am completely humbled,” Schneider said. “I really love my community involvement, Censeo Solutions — the company I work for — and my Drake Law experience. It’s pretty amazing to be honored for doing what I love every day.”
