With the start of the school year, this is an ideal time to enroll for individual instruction for children and adults in the Drake University Community School of Music.
The 16-week fall semester begins Monday, Aug. 25, with lessons offered at all levels in piano, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, organ and music theory.
In addition, the school’s Young Violinists Program, for children ages 3 through 8, is accepting new students.
Tuition for the fall semester is $384, plus a $30 enrollment fee for new students.
