Lessons learned in that six-state watershed that may be helpful to Iowa will be the topic of a public presentation set for Monday, April 13, sponsored by State Rep. Chuck Isenhart (D-Dubuque) and the Drake Agricultural Law Center.
Students sponsor annual Court2Court 5K
The Drake Law School Public Interest Law Association (PILA) will host its annual Court2Court 5K on Saturday, April 18. The event is a benefit for Iowa Legal Aid (ILA) and the Poverty Law Internship Program that Iowa Legal Aid and Drake have run each summer for 20 years.

Students to host free Community Easter Egg Hunt
Drake University Law School, Drake University, and Des Moines University student organizations will host the 3rd Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 2-12, starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4.
AAJ Mock Trial team advances to nationals
The Drake Law School AAJ Mock Trial teams competed in the Omaha regional tournament in mid-March. The Drake teams finished with a combined 9-1 record, with the sole loss resulting from one Drake team defeating the other in the regional final.
Kim Stamatelos named Drake Law’s 2015 Alumna of the Year
Drake Law is pleased to announce that this year’s 2015 Alumna of the Year Award will go to Kimberly Stamatelos, a 1981 graduate. She will be honored at the Supreme Court Banquet and 150th Anniversary Kickoff on Saturday, March 28.
