MyDUSIS, blueView, Banner Planned Outages Wednesday Evening and Sunday Morning

Tomorrow, Jan. 17, from 9 to 11 p.m., and Sunday, Jan. 21, at 7:30 a.m. and lasting until 9:30 a.m., all Banner (DUSIS) services will be unavailable. Access to blueView, MyDUSIS, DUSIS (INB) Forms, Workflow, eTranscripts, Job Submission, and ODBC (Microsoft Access) will be unavailable. At 10 a.m., ITS was made aware of a Mac Self Service outage. During this time, users of Drake-owned Mac computers are unable to download hosted software. Firefox Update Installed on Drake-Owned Computers

Due to a minor security flaw in the Firefox web browser, ITS has pushed out a Firefox update to all Drake-owned computers with Firefox installed. At 11:15 a.m., ITS learned of an outage affecting MyDUSIS, Banner INB Forms, Job Submission, and Workflow (including E-Academy software access, Hiretouch, and eTranscripts).
