blueView/Banner Planned Outage on Saturday, May 5 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

ITS is making updates to Banner/DUSIS. As a result, access to myDUSIS, Banner, eTranscripts, Banner INB, Job Submission, Workflow, and some blueView functions will be unavailable between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. this Saturday, May 5. Blackboard Transact (Bulldog Bucks) Outage Resolved

At 1:00 p.m., ITS learned of an issue affecting Blackboard Transact (Bulldog Bucks). At 1:36 p.m., ITS staff resolved the issue. If you continue to experience any problems, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

ITS is continuing to work on resolving the issue with certain devices accessing the Drake website at www.drake.edu. A workaround is to use drake.edu as the URL instead of www.drake.edu. Emails Incorrectly Marked as Phishing Resolved

ITS has learned from Microsoft that they have resolved the issue that was causing some emails to be incorrectly marked as phishing with either text or a pink-colored warning bar. Thank you for your patience.

The ITS Support Center in the lower level of Carnegie Hall will be closed on Sunday, April 29 due to Relays. If you encounter technology issues on that day, please call 515-271-3001 for remote assistance.
