After extensive work with our vendor partners, we have come up with a temporary solution for our printing issues and have partially restored print services.
Printing from either web printing or Drake-owned machines now works with all Konica devices. Lexmark printers can currently only print jobs submitted via web printing.

For each building, we’ve listed the Lexmark printers that can’t be used for printing from Drake-owned devices as well as the closest alternative Konica device that can be used.
We apologize for the continued inconvenience, but are happy to be able to restore printing for the majority of campus. We will let you know if anything changes or when we have a longer term solution.
