With the new IT Service portal that ITS launched last week, you can no longer automatically create requests by emailing ITS. Requests can be submitted online at service.drake.edu/its, by calling 271-3001, or by visiting the IT Support Center in the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your request. While you can reply directly to that email to add comments or ask questions, emails sent directly to email@example.com are not received by ITS. This is an system-generated email address that does not have an associated inbox. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
