The Drake University School of Journalism and Mass Communication will be hosting a summer journalism camp at Drake University in Des Moines July 6-9, 2015. Registration is now open for the camp.
Media Now Drake will include intense training for high school journalism students ready to take their digital media skills to the next level.

- Designing with InDesign – taught by Chris Snider from Drake University
- Narrative Storytelling & Writing – taught by Ken Fuson from Simpson College
- 21st Century Yearbook – taught by Sarah Nichols from Whitney High School in California
- Leading The Digital Revolution – taught by Aaron Manfull from Francis Howell High School in Missouri
- Making Impactful Images – Taught by Jarrin Williams from Hopkins High School in Missouri

Media Now Drake summer journalism camp rates
$285 – Early Bird (through April 1, 2016)
$300 – Regular Open Registration (April 2-June 1, 2016)
$325 – Late Fee (After June 1, 2016)
Registration Closes June 17, 2016.
There is a $100 housing fee for anyone wishing to stay on campus during the camp.
The camp will be in conjunction with MediaNowSTL, which runs a camp in the St. Louis area each summer.
