Drake lecture series to explore reform in China

Ren Junfeng, professor of political science at Fudan University in Shanghai, China, will kick off Drake University’s spring lecture series on the United States and the World on Thursday, Feb. 5. 

The lecture, “Assessing 30 Years of Reform in China,” will begin at 7 p.m. in Bulldog Theater in Olmsted Center, 2875 University Ave. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Junfeng specializes in Western political thought and American political history. He has served as visiting professor at the University of Hong Kong, St. Anthony’s College and Oxford University in England.
